As a heads up, some orders may arrive in multiple shipments, but rest assured we’ll keep the arrivals as close together as possible.

If your order is showing as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, double check your shipping address to make sure it’s correct. We recommend reaching out directly to the carrier to report a missing package.

 

How do I initiate a return?

Easy! If you purchased from sharkclean.com, call 1-800-365-0135. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label with instructions.

Your refund will be issued once we receive and inspect your item. This can take up to 10 business days, but we'll keep you updated by email each step of the way.

If you purchased a Ninja product from a retailer, return directly to that retailer online or in person.

Exchanges are not accepted.

 

How do I cancel or update my order?

Change your mind? No problem. You can cancel or make changes within the first 30 minutes of placing your order by logging into MY ACCOUNT or follow the link in your confirmation email.

After the 30-minute window, you have a few options to make changes.
If you need to change your delivery address, request FedEx to hold it for in-person collection or request a "return to sender".

Our returns process is made easy, so you can always start a return once you get the order you'd like changed.

What if the product I want to purchase is out of stock?

Don’t worry! You can sign up to be notified the moment this item is available again.

You’ll be the first to know when it’s back in stock—just provide your email or phone number where applicable, and you’ll know the moment new inventory arrives.

Our customer support team cannot place orders for out of stock items, so rather than calling, signing up for notifications is your best way to stay updated.

 

Discounts, promotions, and price matching.

We love offering great deals and promos to our community. Some items aren't eligible for promotions or discounts, so be sure to check our exclusions list before purchasing!

SharkNinja also offers a price match guarantee under certain conditions. Price matches only apply for purchases from SharkNinja's main site and can't be combined with other offers.
The item must be identical to what is sold from SharkNinja, available on 2 approved retail websites at a lower cost, and the request must be made within 30 days of purchase.

We also ask that you provide your order number and a link/photo from the retailer with a lower price.
